Darcy Still

Darcy joined the firm in March 2022 as a trainee solicitor and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in March 2024.

She is a solicitor in our dispute resolution and property departments where she acts on a wide range of transactions. During her training, she assisted the dispute resolution team on matters including repossessions, winding up applications, arrears of rent or service charge and bankruptcy petitions. Her property experience includes acting for borrowers and bridging lenders in real estate finances, and acting for corporate entities and individuals in both residential and commercial property acquisitions and sales.

Darcy has a particular interest in the Building Safety Act 2022 and has provided advice to both leaseholder and landlord clients on the application of the legislation to them personally.
